The Coyote Tasting Room at Blue Dog Wine Co. is open:
Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Winter Hours (November–March): We close at 8:00 PM.
Our kitchen stops serving food 30 minutes before closing so our staff can properly clean and prepare for the next day.
Occasionally, we host private events, which may affect our normal hours. Please check our Events Calendar or social media before your visit for the most up-to-date information.
Our wine tasting experience is designed to be relaxed, fun, and educational.
Each tasting includes:
A Blue Dog Wine Co. keepsake wine glass to take home
Your choice of five wines
Personal table service from your bartender
Information about each wine as it is served
Most tastings take between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on how many questions you have (and how chatty we get!).
After your tasting, you're welcome to enjoy a full glass of your favorite wine or purchase bottles to take home.

Every bottle is handcrafted by our winemaker, Sarah, right here at Blue Dog Wine Co. in Mound City, Kansas.
While we're a winery—not a vineyard—we carefully source fruit from local Kansas growers whenever possible, along with other trusted growers who provide exceptional fruit for our wines.
Every bottle is hand-crafted, bottled, labeled, corked, and served with pride.
We love dogs—but unfortunately, they're not allowed inside The Coyote Tasting Room.
However, well-behaved dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating area. Please note that our outdoor space is still a work in progress, but we'd love to have you enjoy a glass of wine outside with your four-legged friend.
Outside food is generally not permitted since we offer a full handcrafted food menu, including gluten-free options.
If you have a unique dietary need or special circumstance, please contact us ahead of time—we're always happy to discuss accommodations whenever possible.
Celebrating a birthday or special occasion? You're welcome to bring dessert or other sweet treats. We simply appreciate a quick heads-up beforehand.
